**Tracking**
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order leaves our fulfillment partner's facility. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.
**Shipping destinations**
We currently ship to: Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, and Germany. Some products may be unavailable in certain regions — this is shown on the product page before you order.
**Delays**
Customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, and peak seasons can cause delays beyond our estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
**Wrong address**
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost.
**Lost packages**
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate.

Returns
**Refund Policy — OPHIRA**
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work.
**Return window**
You have **14 days** from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
**Condition of items**
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned: earrings and other pierced jewelry, opened beauty or personal-care products, and undergarments.
**How to start a return**
Email us at **ophirastore0@gmail.com** with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back until we've confirmed your request.
**Return shipping**
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
**Damaged, defective, or wrong items**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund — at no cost to you, and you won't need to pay return shipping in these cases.
**Late or missing refunds**
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us and we'll investigate.
**Exchanges**
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
